The Nonantum Boxing Club (NBC) offers a superior fitness experience that you will not find at your local gym. Led by highly skilled and experienced boxing instructors Nathan Busa and Marc Gargaro, the NBC offers a unique training regiment that combines cardio training with strength training, as well as learning the skills necessary in the sport of boxing. At the NBC, members of all ages are welcome to join, regardless of your experience in the sport of boxing. The current cast of members includes a wide range of people, both male and female, from first-time participants just looking for a fun way to stay in shape, to Golden Glove championship boxers.

Private lessons are offered and encouraged as a great way to get 1 on 1 teaching. Also, you can bring a friend or two for our “semi-private” lessons. For more information on lessons, please email the club.
Classes at NBC
A specialized boxing circuit training class that combines the fundamentals of boxing and heavy bag training with circuit training and functional exercises. It is designed to provide a comprehensive approach to total fitness. Interval training as well as strength and conditioning exercises will be incorporated with heavy bag punching drills. The classes are held in our new 3000+ square foot boxing/functional fitness first floor facility.
Heavy Bag Conditioning
An old school boxing workout. In this class you will learn basic fundamentals and techniques of a boxer. The Heavy bag punching is the main focus as well drills and exercises designed to condition the entire body. It is a great way to learn the sport and get in top shape at the same time.
