The Nonantum Boxing Club (NBC) offers a superior fitness experience that you will not find at your local gym. Led by highly skilled and experienced boxing instructors Nathan Busa and Marc Gargaro, the NBC offers a unique training regiment that combines cardio training with strength training, as well as learning the skills necessary in the sport of boxing. At the NBC, members of all ages are welcome to join, regardless of your experience in the sport of boxing. The current cast of members includes a wide range of people, both male and female, from first-time participants just looking for a fun way to stay in shape, to Golden Glove championship boxers.
If you’re looking for a new way to improve your health and overall fitness, stop over at the NBC. New or potential members are always encouraged to come watch a class and see first hand what it’s all about.
Private lessons are offered and encouraged as a great way to get 1 on 1 training. You can book group private classes of 4 to 20 people, great for coworkers or school teams. For more information on lessons and group classes, please email the club.
Professional and competitive amateur boxing training is available. Please email us or call to meet with the coaches.
